Success Reimagined

Hey there! Thanks so much for your interest in getting to know me and my work. Everything I do is rooted in my passion to see individuals, businesses, and communities do well and be well.

Like many, I was attracted to the idea of success from an early age. I became a high performer early in life, excelling in school and fearlessly pursuing my dreams. I achieved above-average levels of success in my career and publicly looked the part, but my inner reality fell short of the external presentation. While continuing the pursuit of career and financial goals, I began a journey to find a way to secure an aligned internal experience.

What I learned was that, without redefining the concept of success, individuals and businesses fall short of being their best. I'm very happy to say that I cracked the code and have discovered how to enJOY life in real life... to be successful in career AND life, and I'm on a mission to help others do the same.

I leverage my unique combination of human behavior expertise and innovative approach to business strategy to help individuals, businesses, and communities move beyond antiquated definitions of success so that they can realize wealth AND well-being. I look forward to connecting with you to explore opportunities for partnership.

Let's do well AND be well...

Elizabeth... the human.

The code of conduct for professionals is to keep business and personal separate. While we all know that reputation management is real and there is certainly a need for boundaries and thoughtfulness in how we present ourselves in various environments, I believe that traditional definitions of professionalism facilitate self-suppression and inauthentic presentations of self that lead to diminished personal and professional outcomes. The reality is that we all wear many hats and are many things to many people. There are many faces that, collectively, make us who we are.

I believe that authenticity is one of the greatest gifts one can give themselves and that the best business and personal relationships are built upon common interests and synergy that can only be realized in the presence of authenticity. That said, I'm inspired to model vulnerability and transparency and share beyond my professional accomplishments and roles with an expectation that those individuals and organizations whose identities and cultures align with mine will see themselves in me, leading to an opportunity to connect and collaborate.

Dr. Joy... the professional.

As a human behavior expert and business strategist who firmly believes wealth and well-being are prerequisites to success, Elizabeth dedicates her life to developing and facilitating solutions that improve individual, organizational, and societal outcomes.

Dr. Joy's interest in the intersection of wealth and well-being inspired her primary research on the impact of personal life experiences on the career path success of elite performers, including entrepreneurs, corporate CEOs, and former NBA and NFL players.
